If your job requires a permit, we will submit all the city/county paperwork for our Customers to obtain the building permit as well as manage all building department scheduling and inspections. Our customers never have to deal with building departments or inspections and always receive a copy of all inspections and final approvals so they know their deck is built right. Some of our customers ask if we would do the project without a permit but the long and short answer to that is NO! We are not perfect and people make mistakes. Permits and inspections can be a headache and even slow a project down a little bit buy we like to look at them as cheap insurance. It takes a lot more time and money to build it twice.

Many people believe it is either maintenance free or just need to pressure wash and it looks new. Composites are very susceptible to markings from pressure washing so in turn you need to be very careful in regards to how much pressure you apply as well as what chemicals to use.
